What is feng shui

Feng Shui is about living in harmony and balance with nature and man made environments.

Feng Shui has been practiced in China for over 3000 year. Originally it was used exclusively by royalty. Today awareness of the benefits of Feng Shui has grown and it is practiced in both Eastern and Western cultures.

This ancient Chinese wisdom pronounced “Foong Schway” literally means Wind and Water. Energy can flow through an environment in a similar way that wind and water would flow eg: raging torrent, meandering or stagnant.

Energy, Chi or life-force is what keeps us alive and thriving. Blocked Chi flow can create or reflect stagnation and blocked or stuck areas in our lives.

Chinese Medicine (e.g. Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs) focuses on the healthy energy flow in the body to create vitality and well being. Chinese Feng Shui focuses on the healthy energy flow in the environment to support our well being, harmony and balance.

Today a Feng Shui consultation can also include:

Energetic Space Clearing

Buildings and land can hold the energies of past trauma, illness or conflict. Space Clearing can clear these vibrational residues from previous occupants or events, including entities and ghosts.

Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) Testing

All electrical circuits emit an electromagnetic radiation eg: TVs, computers, meter boxes and old wiring. Prolonged exposure to high levels of EMR is detrimental to well being.

Dowsing for Geopathic Stress

Earth has meridians or energy flow lines through it (ley lines). Some of these can be detrimental to our health, particularly if they are located under sleeping areas.

The services of experienced Feng Shui consultant Katherine Sri can support you to create an environment in which you will thrive.

It (Chi) is the bridge between the outer you and the Source. Chi can be likened to a river or an energy stream. If you take the focus of your consciousness deeply into the inner body, you are tracing the course of this river back to its Source. Chi is movement: the Unmanifested is stillness.
